HeartMath Method

Now in store: the new Inner Balance trainerTM for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch

A training for anyone who would like to learn more about HeartMath, the emWave® PC Stress Relief System (formerly the Freeze Framer) and the emWave™. During this one-day training you will see and understand how the heartrate variability works, you will learn about the background theories, and you will discover with the help of audiovisual tools how the applications and the effects really work. You will learn how to use the Neutral and the Quick Coherence® techniques to reach heart coherence.

The training is given in different places throughout The Netherlands. At the moment all trainings are in Dutch or German, on requests english trainings for groups (minimum of 8 attendees) can be delivered.

The HeartMath Method is a one-day training from 10:00 to 17:00 and includes lunch.
