Personal, Social and Global Coherence workshop (Engels)
HeartMath was born out of a deep sense of caring for people and our planet. Founded in 1991 by Doc Childre, HeartMath has developed a system of effective, scientifically based tools and technologies to bridge the intuitive connection between heart and mind and deepen our connection with the hearts of others.
The HeartMath system empowers people to self-regulate their emotions and behaviors to reduce stress, increase resilience, and unlock their natural intuitive guidance for making more effective choices. This enables people to break through to greater levels of personal balance, creativity, insight and health. Over 400 peer-reviewed or independent studies utilizing HeartMath techniques or technologies to achieve beneficial outcomes have been published.
In this unique workshop HeartMath Research Director Rollin McCraty will talk about how to benefit the most from HeartMath techniques to access our Heart’s Intelligence and discuss the latest finding across the 3 levels of research focus: Personal, Social and Global coherence
Personal
More people than ever integrate Heart Intelligence in their daily routine for more fulfilling, effective and healthy lives. You will learn how to use the HeartMath technologies and techniques to better manage stress and access our intuitive inner guidance.
Social
The HeartMath-research shows that our feelings and emotions not only affect us but also the people around us. Helping people to improve their personal coherence also helps coherence on a social level. A new technology will be introduced for measuring group /social coherence that can visualize what is happening in teams and groups and as such enable more effective interventions to improve the output and wellbeing of the total. A higher team coherence will facilitate stronger team spirit, more creative solutions and authentic care for each other. We will have the chance to experience this innovative technology altogether.
Global
Global coherence research encompasses a large variety of scientific data to gain new insights into the interconnectedness of human/animal health and behavior and the sun and earth’s magnetic activity. The scientific community is just beginning to appreciate and understand the deeper level of how we are interconnected. We are getting closer to understanding why and how magnetic fields generated by the sun and earth affect human health and behavior – and why it is important to know this.
Trainer
You will be trained by Dr. Rollin McCraty, Research Director HeartMath Institute. The workshop is in English with German translation.

The program is Saturday 9th February from 10-17 hrs and Sunday from 09-17 hrs.
