Training & Consultancy

Our training programs can be divided into three categories:
HeartMath Method
The HeartMath Method is a one-day training program for anyone who wants to learn more about Cardiac Coherence, HeartMath, the tools and the equipment.
Individual usage
The HeartMath Solution is a two-day training program for anyone who wants to give his or her health a fresh boost. It’s for anyone who wishes to experience less stress and more balance in life. Participants learn how to use the HeartMath tools and how to implement them in their daily lives.
Professionals
The Two-Day Training for Professionals is for those who not only want to use the emWave (or emWave PC) for themselves, but also want to apply it in one-on-one coaching situations or in health care.
The License Training 1:1 Provider is for those who are inspired by the HeartMath method and want to offer the HeartMath Stress Relief Program.
We recommend that professionals wanting to apply the emWave or emWave PC in their practice, learn first to use the HeartMath tools and equipment for themselves. For this, we recommend the one-day training program HeartMath Method, or follow the Stress Relief Program with the assistance of one of our Providers.
Once you have become familiar with the HeartMath techniques, we advise following the Two-Day Training for Professionals to get a more in-depth understanding of how to work with clients using the emWave PC or emWave.
If, after following the Two-Day Training for Professionals, you would like to become a HeartMath Provider, you can take the License training 1:1 Provider course.
If you have already attended the Stress Relief Program with one of our Providers, you will receive a 250 euro discount on the fee for the License training.
Note: At the moment only the HeartMath Professionals training is available in english, for groups (minimum of 8 attendees) tailormade workshops can be delivered in english.
