Here are several ways how you can use the heart to reduce stress, build resilience and enhance performance. Our extensive research and customer experience, has guided us to help improve the quality of people's lives.

We offer training programs for personal use, either in groups or individual. On request these trainings can be organized in English. Or you can start with an Inner Balance Trainer which will quide you through the process with on line video and audio quides.

In addition, HeartMath Benelux has a pool of coaches, all of whom are (health care) professionals trained in the HeartMath techniques. These professionals coach individual clients who want to improve their way of performing. (see List of HeartMath coaches).
